Art & Music Center in Rio Vista is a Nonprofit 501c3 Organization. Established in 2013 and formerly known as Fine Arts School In The Pines located in Placerville CA, has revised it's name to incorporate our amazing Music Program in addition to the Arts.

We welcome homeschoolers and Charter School students with open arms and have many currently enrolled from surrounding counties such as; Solano, San Joaquin, Contra Costa, Yolo and Sacramento. We are extremely excited to partner with home school organizations are quite accommodating with a variety of payment and or voucher processes.

As noted in the title of our school, Art & Music is something that we hold close to our hearts, and deeply influences our mission. Art & Music Center offers students more opportunities for arts education than typical public schools. The focus on music and arts education not only builds student satisfaction, it also reinforces academic standards and contributes to higher academic achievement.

The goal is not to turn our students into performers, but to teach them the joy and wonder of learning something new in the hopes that they will become life-long learners who always search for new passions, whether those passions be musical or not.
